Amédi de Klerk, CFA

Co-CEO | Investments

During the completion of his final year at Stellenbosch University, Amédi joined the investment team at Regarding Capital Management (RECM). As a global buy-side investment analyst, he researched both listed and unlisted equities reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer.

In 2015, Amédi joined the Fintax Group and is our co-CEO | Investments. He is a shareholder, key individual and representative of the business. Amédi earned a B.Comm in Investment Management, and a BA Honours in Psychology from Stellenbosch University.

In addition, he completed the highly rated ‘A Practical History of Financial Markets’ course at the Edinburgh Business School and is a CFA^®charterholder.

Amédi is an amateur watchmaker and avid hiker, with memorable treks across Spain, France, and South Africa.
